Are you saying that setting up a team in the right formation is better than plonking 'exciting' players out there?

I liked watching Hernandez play but it's obvious he's a fellow striker's nightmare.

I’m saying playing your best players in their best positions is beneficial.

Boro have players that excel in a wing back formation so there’s no room for wingers.

We have players who have proven to be at the least decent as wingers who are either shoe horned in to an unsuitable role or frozen out entirely.
