RHOBH: Kyle Richards Admits She’s Hurt Garcelle Feels Closer To Kathy
Kyle Richards, from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, reacted to Garcelle Beauvais claiming Kathy Hilton is closer to her than her own sister, saying that it hurt her feelings and hinting at having issues with Kathy. Garcelle recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live and didn't hold back when discussing her co-stars. In addition to taking direct aim at Erika Jayne, Garcelle also seemingly shaded Kyle and Kathy's bond as sisters.
The Richards sisters have shared a lot of their family business on the show. With Kim and Kyle being OGs of the franchise, fans got an inside look into their family drama on RHOBH. The fighting between the sisters hurt Kathy and caused more tension behind the scenes. Kathy and Kyle spent a few years not speaking before making peace ahead of Kathy joining the show in season 11. After making it through season 11 without any issues, the RHOBH season 12 trailer teased a confrontation between the two sisters that fans weren't expecting.
Now ahead of the RHOBH season 12 premiere, the ladies are all at each other's necks and teasing all the drama fans can expect. Kyle hosted an Amazon Live stream on Thursday where she responded to Garcelle's shady WWHL comments about the state of Kathy and Kyle's relationship. “What Garcelle said on Watch What Happens Live really hurt my feelings," Kyle said. "I was shocked." The Halloween star was hosting family and making a pre-Passover dinner when she caught wind of Garcelle saying she was "absolutely" closer to Kathy than Kyle. "That really hurt my feelings," Kyle said before questioning how Garcelle could feel closer to "someone who’s known my sister for two seasons on a reality show," she quipped.
Kyle noted how her sister was "barely" in RHOBH season 11 since she was busy planning Paris Hilton's wedding. "She's comparing knowing someone from a reality show for a couple of seasons to a lifetime of sisters," Kyle said. She went on to hint at the "issues" she's currently having with Kathy while calling out Garcelle's "hurtful" remarks about their family drama. "I like Garcelle and we’re fine, but that really took me aback and ruined my whole night," Kyle said. Garcelle and Kyle's feud is among the tension brewing between the cast. Garcelle and Erika have been tossing jabs back and forth at each other on social media.
Erika also hinted at issues with Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and even her good friend Lisa Rinna. Kyle and Kathy's sisterly feud was teased in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 trailer. It won't be the first time fans get to see Kyle quarreling with a sister. But it'll be the first time Kathy is seen battling her sister on the show. Fans are already calling out Lisa for seemingly involving herself in their family after stirring the pot between Kyle and Kim years ago.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres May 11 at 8 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
