Kochanova speaks about self-actualization of women in Belarus

All conditions have been created in Belarus for self-fulfillment of women, Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova said at the second edition of the national women's forum in the Palace of the Republic, BelTA has learned.
