Blogfather Succumbs To Covid, But Doesn’t Die Very Much Yet
I guess it was somewhat inevitable, what with me working around 750 kids, and 50+ adults, on a daily basis. Though it’s possible I contracted the virus in Arizona, where no one wears a mask and there’s no pandemic because that would be inconvenient for commerce.
Wherever I got it, boy did I get it. I figured because I am fully vaxxed and boosted I would get either a mild or asymptomatic case, but no — I get the “for no reason it feels like I’m dying and if I’m not could I maybe arrange it?” rendition. I just started the anti-viral pills, though, and expect to feel better soon.
All of which is not to ask for pity — if you want to feel sorry for me for something, an A’s loss today is enough reason — but rather to explain why I’m not writing my usual article this weekend. I can stay awake for about 184 words, and I’m afraid our time is almost up.
Oh, and if I die I’m posthumously naming Trainman as Blogfather. Enjoy!
