To prevent waterlogging on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway this monsoon, officials plan to clean culverts under NH-8, unclog the surface drain and rebuild it in the Narsinghpur area, build tabletop barriers at the Sirhaul underpass, and install water pumps.
