MIGUEL ALMIRON’S brilliant winner leapfrogged Newcastle over a muted Crystal Palace side in the Prem mid-table.

Almiron rewarded the Toon’s dominance by curving a 32nd minute left-footer into the top corner following a pass from Bruno Guimaraes.
