Water shortage: One family here pays ₹15k to tankers a month

For the 200-plus families living in two blocks of Greenwood City, a large chunk of their monthly domestic budget is consumed in buying water. On an average, a family pays around Rs 15,000 a month to private water tanker suppliers.
