The possibility was discussed during negotiations of Director of the International Relations Department of the Vietnamese Public Security Ministry Dang Huang Hong and Director of Au Viet Industry Company Nguyen Quang Hung. The negotiations took place at premises of the joint venture MAZ Asia in Hung Yen Province.
