Coroner to reopen case into B.C. woman’s drowning during 2016 canoe trip with husband

BC’s Chief Coroner has reopened its probe into the apparent drowning of Arlene Westervelt 'to ensure (it) has done all it can' in 'determining the circumstances' of her death.
