J24 Gin pole design

Greetings

I’ve just purchased a J24 and absolutely new to this boat model. I’ll be launching the boat from a ramp and will be stepping the mast without the assistance of a crane. So, I need to make a Gin Pole. Any design suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks
