Teenage girl held by cops after ‘squirting acid’ at boy outside train station on busy high street
A TEENAGE girl has been arrested after allegedly squirting acid in a boy’s face outside a train station.
Emergency services rushed to the scene on the busy high street outside Notting Hill Gate Underground Station shortly after 3pm.
A teenage boy said he had had a “corrosive liquid” thrown in his face and medics treated him at the scene before he was taken to hospital.
Cops arrested a teenage girl on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 15:10hrs on Friday, 22 April to reports of an assault outside Notting Hill Gate Underground Station.
“Officers attended along with London Ambulance Service.

“A teenage boy reported having a corrosive liquid thrown in his face. He was treated by emergency services.
“A teenage girl was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and taken into custody.”
