Around 2,000 residents of Sector Omicron 1A live in independent houses on 752 plots and two apartment complexes hosting 500 flats between them. But on the outside, they have dug-up roads, unkempt green belts, and clogged drains and sewers that have not been cleaned for the last three weeks.
