New MRI test could improve breast cancer diagnosis by detecting salt levels in tumours

BREAST cancer is one of the four most prevalent cancers in the UK. As with all cancers, the sooner the disease is diagnosed, the more likely the outcome for the patient is positive. A new MRI test has been developed by researchers from the University of York.
