Gov't devising strategy to tackle sped-up inflation: Mexican president

MEXICO CITY, April 25 (Xinhua) -- Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Monday said his administration was working on a strategy to tackle accelerated inflation, especially in the food sector.

"That is where my concern now lies ... in controlling inflation, because it can do a lot of damage, it impacts the people's economy," the president told reporters at his usual daily press conference.
