House price growth has slowed ‘modestly’ but remains in ‘double digits’ - market ‘buoyant’

HOUSE price growth has slowed down this month, according to Nationwide's latest House Price Index . However, growth is still in double digits, with prices up 0.3 percent month-on-month.
