Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has recommended criminal prosecution of former Minister Mosebenzi Zwane, Rajesh Gupta, former director of technology group EOH, Jehan Mackay, and a host of former Eskom executives for their role in the attempted capture of Eskom and National Treasury.
