THE cardinal rule for garage sales is to make sure that you’re there early, because if you’re not first then you’re last.

That’s what a woman named Ashley, who goes by Hustle at Home Mom on social media, said before dishing the details of her amazing yard sale finds.

On her YouTube channel dedicated to her extravagant hauls, Ashley shared a video with social media users of what she considered to be “the best” yard sale she had ever been to.

The woman managed to score a bunch of amazing items from the first sale she hit, one of them being a sweatshirt from a collaboration between Jay-Z and the brand MadeWorn, some Burberry polos, and Nike tees.

She then went to another yard sale that was a bit further away.

Ashley noted that the person had so much clothing to offer that it took her two whole hours to go through all of it.

“Most people exaggerate when they say they have like thousands of items of clothing, but this guy was not exaggerating,” she said.

“He had maybe over a thousand. And when I found Patagonia right off the bat, I thought okay, I’m gonna need to go through this with a fine-tooth comb.

“As I went through I found some really good stuff.”

Among the things the woman dug through were items from brands like Anthropologie, Reiss, Eileen Fisher, Adidas, and Kate Spade.

And with a car full of items, the savvy shopper headed home to do a detailed reveal of all of her big finds.

“He had a ton of Hugo Boss, but like the new style Hugo Boss that we like. And he took phenomenal care of his clothes,” Ashley noted as she started her haul.

She figured that the tops and bottoms from Hugo Boss would sell for about $50 to $60 each.

Some other notable gems from her haul included a Dolce & Gabbana graphic tee, a J. Crew cardigan that she figured could go for $75, Athleta leggings that could sell for $40, Alo and Lulu Lemon leggings, Lucky Brand jeans, a Veritecoeur dress that could easily go for $230, and some Tory Burch Miller sandals.

Toward the end of the clip, it was revealed that she scored a record-breaking 169 items for a bargain, and could easily make a whopping profit of $6,160.
