U.K. lawmaker resigns after admitting he watched porn on his phone in the House of Commons

Neil Paris, a member of Prime Minister Boris Johnson's Conservative Party, admitted to watching porn while in the House of Commons twice. The first time was an accident, but the second incident was deliberate, he said.
