Milestones: Good news about Marin people

Recognition: The Marin Irish American Club awarded $1,000 scholarships to Brendan Cassidy (the John Trimble Service Award), Margaret Gallagher, Peter Hayes Gallagher, Dylan Kay and Allison Madden (the Bernie & Ray Kelleher Award for Academic Excellence).

Recognition: Marin high schoolers were nominated for the Rita Moreno California High School Musical Honors. The nominees include Marin School of the Arts’ “Young Frankenstein” for overall production; Carl Robinett as Frederick and Ben Simpson as Igor in Marin School of the Arts’ “Young Frankenstein” for lead actor; Zoe Edwards as Frau Blucher and Sofia Storey as Elizabeth in Marin School of the Arts’ “Young Frankenstein” for lead actress; Zach Lee as Victor Frankenstein and Nathan O’Halloran as Ziggy/Hermit in Marin School of the Arts’ “Young Frankenstein” for supporting performers.
