Major League Baseball handed Bauer a 324-game suspension on Friday for violating the league’s domestic violence and sexual assault policy. The 2020 National League Cy Young Award winner won’t be eligible to play until early in 2024. Bauer was accused of sexual assault by a California woman in 2021 but was cleared by the Los Angeles County district attorney in February.
