• Two Turkish servicemen were killed during Operation Claw Lock in northern Iraq;
• On April 30, the Ain Al Asad Airbase was attacked with two rockets;
• On May 2, the Iraqi army regained the control of Snune town near Sinjar after heavy clashes with PKK-affiliated YBŞ;
• On May 2, clashes between the Iraqi army and PKK-affiliated YBŞ forces were reported in the Sinjar area;
• On May 1, at least six Katyusha rockets targeted the Khabat area in northwestern Erbil. No casualties were reported.
