'Shred Day' returning to Toledo; effort fights identity theft

To help consumers protect themselves against identity theft, the Better Business Bureau is conducting its annual “Shred Day” from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the former Sears Westgate parking lot on Central Avenue, organizers announced.
