90 Day Fiancé: Angela Deem Shows Off Dance Moves After Weight Loss
Star of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise Angela Deem embraced her weight loss in an Instagram dance video and impressed her followers. The 56-year-old Angela looks very different now compared to the woman who flew to Nigeria to meet her then-boyfriend Michael Ilesanmi in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2. Angela’s recent appearance in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 was all about her getting multiple surgeries to look younger for 33-year-old Michael. While Michael did not end up getting a spousal visa to come to America in the season, Angela did end up losing almost 100 pounds.
At the start of her season, Angela spoke about wanting to lose weight due to a health scare. Angela had felt like she would have died if she didn’t get weight loss surgery. However, Angela did little else to improve her health. Fans of 90 Day Fiancé mocked Angela for smoking despite knowing the risks attached. One of Angela’s plastic surgeons even refused to perform a facelift procedure on her because of her smoking habit. This was one of the major reasons why Angela’s weight loss has always been criticized by the 90 Day Fiancé community, and some viewers thought Angela looked better before weight loss.
Most of Angela’s Instagram updates are filled with negative reactions from TLC fans. So much so, that Angela has often slammed her critics and even used words like “dumb” and “irrelevant” to describe them. But on Angela’s latest IG video, which is a repost from her TikTok, fans have been showering her with love and support. In the Instagram clip, Angela, dressed in a yellow tank top and black leggings can be seen dancing to the song “Jerusalema” with a fan. Angela’s cheerful vibes appear to have had a positive effect on the ones who usually detest the meemaw.
“Ok! I gotta give it to her this time. Something positive and not disturbing” reads one of the comments. “I love the way you dance,” and “Go Angela! You look great” say some of the others. Angela’s amazing moves have managed to get her Instagram post almost 5,000 views as of now. Some of Angela’s followers also want her to teach them Zumba. A few have observed how Angela dances not just with her body but also has the expressions to match which makes her performance more enjoyable.
Yet, Angela still has her haters who think she’s just dancing to chase clout. But famed reality TV star Angela doesn’t seem bothered and is possibly in a happy mood because she’s rumored to be in Nigeria with Michael. Amidst speculations of Michael’s visa being finally approved, Angela may have gone to Lagos to bring him back with her. Although it seems like a spoiler for their next 90 Day Fiancé spin-off, Angela did confirm she and Michael have reconciled. Perhaps it's only a matter of time until both Michael and Angela can dance together on social media.
