Jailhouse snitch expected to testify at Jam Master Jay murder trial

Ronald “Tinard” Washington, 57, allegedly boasted to the snitch about his role in the Oct. 30, 2002 murder of the Run-DMC DJ, whose real name was Jason Mizell inside his Queens recording studio.
