[Baseball] Cal Pac Announces 2022 Baseball All-Conference and Defensive Teams

Antelope Valley and Benedictine Mesa have been at or near the top of the California Pacific Conference standings for the past six seasons, and 2022 was no exception.  The Pioneers and the Redhawks again qualified for the postseason with potent offenses and good pitching, and that balance is no more apparent than in this year's All-Cal Pac team.  Nine of the 17 selections to this year's squad come from UAV and BENU, and an additional nine were named Honorable Mention.  But with all their dominance, a newcomer—Embry-Riddle—dominated the individual awards voted on by Cal Pac coaches, taking home Newcomer of the Year, Freshman of the Year, and Coach of the Year.
