Eight in ten adults don't feel confident discussing solo sexual needs with their partner

More than half of adults wouldn't dream of telling a partner about their need to self-pleasure - but 39 percent feel guilty if they do it in secret. The survey of 2,000 adults revealed 81 percent don't feel confident enough to discuss their solo sexual needs.
