Five tips to save money gardening with your children
GIVE your kids green fingers by getting them gardening from an early age.
Whether that’s digging their own patch in the garden or potting up seeds on a windowsill, it’s a great way to put down roots for a lifelong love of nature.
Here are a few simple ideas to get you started . . .
PLANT A SEED: Introduce children to the wonder of growing things and you’ll also plant some pride in their own achievements.
For maximum magic, choose seeds that grow quickly with a mass of flowers or fruit.
