Dish Finally Launches its Own 5G Network

Dish has officially launched its own, from-scratch 5G network for paying customers in Las Vegas. Unlike its existing Boost-branded service, the new network currently operates under the Project Genesis brand. The company only offers the 2022 Motorola Edge Plus for now, which is personally delivered to new customers by a Project Genesis concierge. Service costs $30/month for unlimited service. The company is racing to meet an FCC deadline to offer service to 20 percent of the country by June.
