There's an Update About Dave Chappelle's Alleged Attacker

There’s a new update about the man arrested for attacking Dave Chappelle.

Isaiah Lee, 23, was arrested and pled not guilty to attacking the comedian onstage at the Hollywood Bowl earlier this month during a stand-up set.

And now, there’s more information about whether he will serve time.
