The head of the region thanked Aleksandr Lukashenko for the opportunity to visit Belarus and to hold a meeting. He noted that Belarus pays great attention to the preservation of historical memory, and this is especially important at a time when Belarus and Russia have faced the unprecedented sanctions pressure from the West.
