Queen keeps small boxes of chocolates in her bedroom as a midnight snack 

Darren McGrady, who lives in the US, worked for the Queen throughout the 1990s. He told viewers of ITV's This Morning that the monarch's midnight snacks include dark chocolate and fruit.
