PM - It's time to be tough on crime and reclaim our streets - EXPRESS COMMENT

BORIS Johnson has told his Cabinet to focus on "crime, crime, crime". It is good to hear that the Prime Minister is doing his best to make this a priority, but voters will only be impressed if their neighbourhoods become safer.
