This is 13th real estate project under rehabilitation to achieve completion under section – 8 of the RERA Act. The decision is as per the consent provided by the association of the allottees. The construction started in 2015 but could not be completed by the promoter - Nandini Buildhome Consortium Pvt. Ltd. within the period of registration, which lapsed on December 16, 2020.
