On May 20, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 6 times: 3 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Latakia province;
On May 20, the Israeli regime attacked Damascus with several missiles. Three SAA soldiers were killed;
On May 20, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SDF positions near Tal Tamar;
On May 20, several SDF members reportedly were killed and wounded by an IED attack north of Deir Ezzor.
