The 20-km-long Kondli irrigation drain, originating from Delhi and passing through Ghaziabad and Noida, carries 215 million litres of treated waste water daily to be released into the Yamuna river.It is a critical sewage carrier for Noida, but for residents of Sector 11, it is a constant source of putrid stench.
