BBC Weather: Carol Kirkwood warns 'heavy and thundery showers' to pummel UK

BBC meteorologist Carol Kirkwood warned of an "unsettled forecast" this week as low pressure moving southwards from Scotland and across southeast areas of England is expected to merge and result in "heavy and thundery" showers across the country.
