COVID-19 Health Check Questions and Potential Exposure Letters have been updated (January 24, 2022).

When you are completing the health check questions on TeamSnap and the online form, you will see some changes to the questions.  Ringette BC has updated the language to come in line with the BCCDC.   There are now only two questions.  The close contact language has been removed.
