Due to their close relationship, they have sparked dating rumors several times.
However, Dobrik put them to rest in May 2020, after he joked they were hooking up due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“I think it should be obvious at this point that there’s never gonna be a time that Natalie and I hook up,” Dobrik told Seventeen at the time.

Dobrik and Liza Koshy were together for two years and were the IT couple of YouTube.
However, the two parted ways in 2018 and revealed the news in a YouTube video.
“It wasn’t healthy for us to continue to be together – for now,” Dobrik said in the video, via BBC.
“You never know what could happen, but just not now.”
While the exact reason for their split is unclear, they both admitted that the pressure of their YouTube careers played a factor.
“Liza broke up with me because she felt like we’ve been distant because we’ve been so busy,” Dobrik continued.
“As much as I hate to admit it, I was feeling it on my side too but I just don’t have the balls to pull the trigger on that.”
“We felt like we were living separate lives but neither of us was coming to terms with it,” Koshy added.
“So I decided we should break up. We didn’t want to tell anybody because we were just so angry at the fact we distanced in the first place.”

Dobrik was linked to Lori Loughlin’s daughter, Olivia Jade, shortly after his split with Koshy.
Fans speculated that they were an item after she was reportedly seen hanging out at Dobrik’s house, however, his rep told Refinery29 that the girl in the video fans were referencing was actually Madison Beer and not Jade.
Dobrik and Jade have never confirmed a relationship.

After it was revealed that Madison Beer was hanging out with Dobrik, fans speculated that Dobrik had been rejecting her advances, but he cleared it up during an episode of his VIEWS podcast with Jason Nash.
The YouTuber began to explain: “I was saying this to Jason before, I hate the whole rejection thing. Like I hate that people are like, ‘this is the girl who David rejected,’” adding that the better Madison looks in a photo, the more comments there are about the supposed rejection.
Beer firmly asked, “have you ever rejected me?” to which Dobrik replies, “no.”
Shortly after he went on to say: “I never rejected you. We just never dated, that’s it. That’s the only story.”

Dobrik is known for his crazy YouTube videos and lived up to reference in 2019.
During that time, he decided to marry Jason Nash’s mother, Lorraine, following a joke.
They ultimately tied the knot in Vegas in May 2019 and divorced shortly after.
“I am heartbroken to announce that Lorraine and I have decided to end our romantic relationship. We wish this news would have come from us first, however, we know it’s difficult for the media to resist speculation,” Dobrik wrote in an Instagram post.
