Waukegan shooting leaves 1 dead, another injured and ‘person of interest’ in custody

The dead man was identified Tuesday by the Lake County coroner’s office as Stefan Filipovic, 24. Preliminary autopsy results indicate he died from a gunshot wound to the head, the coroner’s office said.
