90 Day Fiance star Pedro Jimeno has filed for divorce from Chantel Everett and claimed that she reportedly “took $257K from him.”
Pedro accused Chantel of taking money away from their joint account, according to TMZ.
The 90 Day Fiance star claimed that his former partner stole the money from him to be allegedly cruel.
The court documents – obtained by the publication – revealed that Pedro filed for divorce back in May.
The reality star claimed the two had separated the month back in April.
The TLC star claimed that their marriage had become “irretrievably broken.”

While the divorce case is still ongoing, Pedro has also filed an emergency motion.
The TV star accused Chantel of withdrawing $257K about five days before they had separated.
Chantel allegedly transferred the money to an account made in her and her sister’s name.

Pedro claimed that he attempted to resolve the issue with Chantel but failed.
He then asked the judge to order Chantel to transfer the money back to their joint account.
The money would be divided between them during the divorce.
The judge denied the request for an emergency motion.
The court has scheduled hearing for a later date to resolve the matter.
Pedro is reportedly asking for an equitable division among marital property amid the divorce.
According to E! News, the court records revealed that a mutual restraining order was filed.
