ONE of PC Andrew Harper’s killers has been caught boozing inside a top- security jail.
Henry Long, 20, has admitted downing homemade hooch at HMP Woodhill, near Milton Keynes, Bucks.

Long was later transferred to another Category A prison, Long Lartin, near Evesham, Worcs.
But that was said to be part of a standard prison move and not connected to his drinking.

Long was jailed for 16 years for the manslaughter of 28-year-old PC Harper in 2019. Long’s pals Albert Bowers and Jessie Cole, both then 18, got 13 years each.
The hero cop, who married wife Lissie a month earlier, died as he tried to stop the group stealing a quad bike in Sulhamstead, Berks.
His foot caught in a tow rope and he was dragged for more than a mile to his death.
Inspectors revealed HMP Woodhill was battling a staffing crisis in a report last year.
