Gary Moeller, a football lifer who had a brief stint as head coach of the Detroit Lions, has died at the age of 81. Moeller is best remembered for his five-year stint as head coach at Michigan in the 1990s, with his teams finishing in the Top 10 in each of his first three seasons. [
