Assam industry, commerce and public enterprise minister Bimal Boraon Monday lodged an FIR with the police after a unknown WhatsApp account was detected with his photograph as the “displayed picture” from which miscreants had sent messages to several top officials of the department with an attempt to dupe them of money.
