Disaster Management Minister Rajendra Trivedi told reporters that seven persons died in rain-related incidents in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll due to such incidents in Gujarat to 63 since June 1. So far, 18 platoons each of SDRF and NDRF have been deployed at strategic locations for rescue and relief operations as and when required, he informed reporters.
