A complaint being filled against the SpiceJet Chairman Ajay Singh is a false and company will file a defamation suit against the complainant. Amit Arora for allegedly accused the Ajay Singh for duping him on the pretext of allotting shares of the company. The complaint led to sink in SpiceJet shares. Shares were down 0.64 per cent at Rs 38.85 apiece in morning trade on BSE.
