THE Tory leadership contest is about to get underway, with eleven candidates so far announcing their intention to become the next prime minister. Boris Johnson's resignation on July 7 started a new race to enter Downing Street, and senior Conservatives such as Rishi Sunak and Liz Truss have already put their names forward.
