LOSING baby weight after giving birth can be tricky – and there should be no pressure on new mums to quickly shift any pounds.
However, TikTok mum @yelenaa.x shared how she got her pre-partum body back in four months without having to diet.
Yelena showed herself nine-months pregnant and then four months after giving birth, and she appears to have reverted back to her toned body and abs.
She claims the secret to this was doing daily walks of just one to two miles.
Yelena explained: “Don’t underestimate these hot mom walks.
“I lost all my baby weight by 4 months pp from walking 1-2miles daily.

“I did it throughout my entire pregnancy and then started again 2 weeks postpartum.”
While many mums said how incredible she looked, others said it wasn’t helpful for her to post any progress information.
One said: “I didn’t need to see this!!! my self esteem just left me completely.”
Another added: “ppl, every body is different – please please please take your time – you’re all doing great – no matter the shape!”

However, many said walks worked for them too when it came to losing weight.
One wrote: “Once my body healed from my C-section I began walking. I lost 50 lbs all within a couple months!”
