GEMMA Collins has teased the diet secret behind her three-and-a-half stone weight loss as she revealed her healthy lunch.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to her Instagram stories to show off the delicious chicken, salad and rice she ate on Monday.
Self proclaimed fitness queen Gemma, 41, relaxed at home in her swimsuit yesterday as temperatures soared across the UK.
The reality TV favourite snapped away as she prepped lunch in the kitchen, as she revealed cut up vegetables and bottles of sauces.
She went on to reveal she had made a healthy chicken dish for lunch, alongside white rice and a delicious vegetable curry.
Gemma also showed off a noodle dish and leafy greens – as she laid out food to tuck into alongside her fiance Rami Hawash.

Gemma could be seen wearing a black swimsuit and dark sunglasses as she enjoyed the good weather – showing off her trimmer figure.
Yesterday, Gemma looked slimmer than ever after recording a clip of herself wearing the black swimwear in her back garden.
She recently lost a whopping three-and-a-half stone thanks to a diet and exercise overhaul, and has been showing off the results.
Gemma started losing weight while training for Dancing On Ice.

The physical exertion mixed with a healthier diet meant the pounds dropped off of the reality starlet.
It has been reported that Gemma has since gone on to lose a total of five stone in the past four years as she works towards her goal.
She recently revealed the secret to her weight loss – fat busting sessions in a cryotherapy chamber.
Gemma said she had shifted the pounds by brief exposure to temperatures close to -200C, which is quite the opposite to the current heatwave.

She recently went for a naked session in a chamber and declared: “I want one in my house.”
