The company has deployed close to Rs 1,000 crore and the balance of Rs 240 crore will also be deployed in Pune, where it is in advance talks for an acquisition. Funds from this platform are used only for land acquisition and construction, and have been backed up by either construction finance, which it has raised, or by the customer advances the company receives.
