Y2022 TREE PLANTING DAY ART COMPETITION: SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES ENDS ON JULY 31 – LASPARK  

The Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) has announced that the submission of entries for participation in Y2022 Lagos State Tree Planting Day Art Competition for school children ends on July 31, 2022

A statement signed by the General Manager of LASPARK, Mrs. Adetoun Popoola said participants are expected to Draw, Paint or Collage any piece of art that depicts their interpretation of the Y2022 Lagos State Tree Planting Day Theme: “In Harmony with Nature”.

She added that participants are also expected to record themselves telling Lagosians three ways that residents can live in harmony with nature.

According to her, all entrants must be Lagos residents between the ages of three and 16 years, while entries must be submitted to laspark@lagosstate.gov.ng with name, age, parents’ phone number, LG/LCDA of residence and school name.

“Deadline for submission is July 31, 2022, and participants are enjoined to adhere to the rules and theme of the competition. Parents and guardians are not allowed to assist them with the task”, she stated.

Popoola also disclosed that winners would be announced in August with many prizes to win.
